Expert Hardness Tester Calibration


Regularly scheduled hardness tester calibration is highly recommended by all manufacturers and is most often mandatory as part of an ISO-9001 or TS-16949 quality system calibration program. After initial inspection and cleaning, our expert technicians will perform a detailed calibration in accordance with ASTM E18 during which we will run several tests throughout a range of scales based on the specific type of hardness tester. With the data obtained during the calibration procedure, we are able to verify the accuracy and repeatability of your machine to determine if the hardness tester is within specified tolerances. Upon successful completion of calibration, we will provide you with a fully detailed ISO-17025 accredited calibration certificate including as found as left data and uncertainties.
