Dear Valued Customers,

In dealing with the current COVID-19 crisis, we understand many of you are faced with limited resources and a reduced supplier chain. PCS provides essential services to many customers who are among the 16 critical infrastructure sectors as identified by the Department of Homeland Security and will remain open to serve you as you work to navigate the uncertainty of these times.  We can provide onsite services where necessary and as your company protocols allow.  Other instruments can be picked up, dropped off, or shipped to us for calibration at our lab with the same 24-48-hour signature turnaround time you are accustomed to.

Since the outbreak occurred, PCS has been doing our part to help protect our employees and customers by increasing the frequency of equipment and lab sanitization, as well as practicing all WHO recommendations for COVID-19 containment.  We have implemented staggered shifts and segregated staff members.  PCS will continue to do our part to serve our customers in every way possible and as permitted by federal, state and local orders.  We are monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 closely and will continue to take appropriate measures to ensure the health and safety of our community.
